The Thriving Workplace program is delivered through an effective combination of tools including the book, The Right Side of the Equation, workbook, goal management software and onsite interactive training/coaching. The book describes the program through a fictional company called Severson Systems. Every situation described was taken from real life experiences. People learn the program, from the top down.
